1. Screening Test (Day 1) – Initial Shortlisting

B. Picture Perception and Discussion Test (PPDT):
Candidates view a blurry picture for 30 seconds and write a short story based on it.

2. Psychological Tests (Day 2) – Mental & Emotional Assessment
Conducted by trained psychologists to evaluate personality traits:
- Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) – Writing a story on 12 given pictures.
- Word Association Test (WAT) – Responding with the first thought that comes to mind for 60 words.
- Situation Reaction Test (SRT) – Writing reactions to 60 real-life situations.
- Self-Description Test (SDT) – Writing about personal strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations.
3. Group Testing (Day 3 & 4) – Leadership & Teamwork Skills
Conducted by a Group Testing Officer (GTO) through a series of physical and mental tasks:
- Group Discussion (GD) – Debating on given social and military topics.
- Group Planning Exercise (GPE) – Solving a practical problem as a group.
- Progressive Group Task (PGT) – Navigating obstacles with teamwork.
- Half Group Task (HGT) – A similar task with fewer candidates.
- Command Task – Leading a team through an obstacle.

- Lecturette – Giving a short speech on a given topic.
4. Personal Interview (Day 3 or 4) – One-on-One Assessment
