| Steps to Apply | |
| Step 1 | Register using your own email ID and mobile number. Note the system-generated application number. |
| Step 2 | Complete the form, upload required documents (photo, signature, certificates) in specified sizes: |
| – Photograph: 10 kb–200 kb (JPG) | |
| – Signature: 4 kb–30 kb (JPG) | |
| – Result Awaited Attestation Form: 50 kb–500 kb (PDF) | |
| – Category Certificate: 50 kb–300 kb (PDF) | |
| – PwD Certificate: 50 kb–300 kb (PDF) | |
| Step 3 | Pay the application fee via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI. Save the fee receipt for reference. |
| Confirmation Page | After completing all steps, download and print the Confirmation Page for future use. |
| Payment Issues | If the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment: |
| – Contact the bank/payment gateway helpline (details in Annexure-I). | |
| – If the transaction fails, retry payment. Duplicate payments will be refunded after fee reconciliation by NTA. |
